Application Process
The waxing is done in a water bath after bleaching or dyeing.
Dosage:
a)cotton,or the blended yarn of cellulose fiber with synthetic
fiber,wool etc.:2-4% o.w.f
b)polyester,polyacrylonitrile,wool,nylon/wool,polyester/wool and other
yarns: 1-3% o.w.f
Wroking method:
→add water,ML-1006A directly into the feed tank.
→ adjust pH value of the finishing liquid to about 6.
→ run for 10 minutes without heating,cyclic the liquid,and
keep the static pressure(3-4bar).
→ heat up to 40-50℃(2℃/minute),retain its heat for 10
minutes.
→ fluid discharge,and dehydration.
→ drying.
Washing
Wash at 60-80℃ for 20-30 minutes by 1-2g/L detergent ML-105,heat
discharge,then rinse in wat
Package & Storage:
Plastic drum net 120kgs, can be stored for 12 months under room temperature and hermetic condition.
